Dr Nida Khan

Dr Nida Khan is a passionate orthodontist who strives to provide her patients with a beautiful healthy smile! 

Nida earned her Bachelor of Dental Science (Class 1 Hons) from The University of Queensland in 2007 and completed her Doctorate of Clinical Dentistry in Orthodontics from The University of Adelaide in 2014. Following her specialist training, she earned membership in Orthodontics from the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons and Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh. 

Nida has been recognised for both academic and clinical excellence, receiving the Australian Postgraduate Award, Australian Society of Orthodontists(SA) prize for best clinically treated case by a postgraduate orthodontist and the Raj Prasad award for best clinical case (SA). 

Nida is an active member of the Australian Dental Association, Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons, Royal College of Surgeons (Ed), and World Federation of Orthodontists. She is also the current state secretary for the Australian Society of Orthodontists (ASO).

As an orthodontist, Nida is well experienced having worked in both public and private practice. She has worked in private practice in Gold Coast and Perth, and currently holds an appointment at the Oral Health Centre of Western Australia. 
Outside of the professional world, Nida is an avid traveller, the wife of a foodie and mother of two young mischievous sons.
