No. While many of our patients are referred by their family dentist, you're welcome to book a consultation directly, with no referral needed. If you do have a referral, bring it along with any recent X-rays.

Around age 7–8 is ideal for a first assessment. Most children won't need treatment that early, but it lets us monitor how the jaw and adult teeth are developing and step in at the right moment if early treatment would help.

Not at all. Healthy teeth can be moved at any age, and a growing share of our patients are adults. With options like ceramic braces and Invisalign, treatment can be far more discreet than you might expect.

It depends on your bite, your teeth and your lifestyle. Braces suit complex movements and don't rely on wear-time; aligners are nearly invisible and removable for eating and brushing. At your consultation we'll assess your case and give you an honest recommendation either way.

Every smile is different, so fees depend on the complexity and length of your treatment. After your consultation you'll receive a personalised quote up front, and we offer payment plans to spread the cost over your treatment.

Most comprehensive treatments take around 12 to 24 months, though simpler cases can be shorter. Your orthodontist will give you a realistic estimate as part of your treatment plan, and regular adjustment visits keep everything on track.

Fitting braces or aligners doesn't hurt. Teeth can feel tender for a few days after fittings and adjustments as they begin to move, but it settles quickly, and simple over-the-counter pain relief is usually all that's needed.

Retention is part of every treatment plan. You'll be fitted with retainers to hold your new smile in place, and we'll monitor everything at follow-up visits. Teeth naturally want to drift, and retainers are what keep your result for life.
